Today, while all friends and family are in Sacramento saying goodbye to the Physical Joe above ground, I am alone in my thoughts of Joe in Nicaragua, with the waves of the Pacific echoing Joe's "beingness" to me in the tranquil way he led his life. I wish to share my "beingness" to all of you who represent me at his ceremony of Joe's life today, and my love goes out to Rhea and all the Brophy and Giroux family. As his mother Dorthy showered all her love to others, Joe did so also, and how appropriate for all to be able to say hello and goodbye to her again. As she welcomes her son, who did her proud, can share more common ground in earth as it is in heaven.
