It was my privilege to work with Joseph for many years at West Valley College. He was ever the consummate professional and gentleman. He managed to make hi-tech, "hi-touch," never forgetting that the purpose of technology is to improve the lives of students, faculty and staff. He was a servant-leader in the highest sense of the term. I know that I share the deepness of this loss with all those who had the privilege to work with him. My sincerest condolences to his family, who were always first in his thoughts.
